How I Work​​

My role is to provide an external perspective leaders can rely on. This often means creating space to reflect, think clearly, make better decisions and build momentum.

Alongside my work in business, I’ve spent significant time in elite sport, including advisory roles within professional football and work with Team GB athletes and teams across a range of sports.
Over the years, my work has been recognised in a number of ways, including being named Business Coach of the Year at the International Coaching Awards and receiving praise from Sir Alex Ferguson.
