I work as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams, supporting sound decision-making and the development of high-performance cultures.

My role is to provide an external perspective leaders can rely on - creating space to reflect, think clearly, make better decisions and build momentum.
This is most often delivered through long-term advisory partnerships, working inside organisations alongside leaders as they navigate growth, change and decisions that shape the future of the business.
Leaders often bring me in during periods of increased pressure - when the quality of thinking, conversation and judgement really matters.

Alongside my work in business, I’ve spent significant time working in elite sport, including advisory roles within professional football and work with Team GB athletes and teams across a range of sports.
This experience has shaped how I think about pressure, performance and decision-making.

I’ve written three books on leadership and performance, reflecting the ideas and principles I apply in my advisory work.

Coming from a sports science background, my focus tends to be on fundamentals — what works in practice, what can be measured, and what leads to consistent results over time.
I believe the best outcomes are created through long-term work built on trust, honesty and thoughtful challenge.
Whether working in business or elite sport, my focus remains the same: helping people think clearly, make better decisions and perform when it matters.
